Sold in Milpitas!!!

Happy Friday!! My happy seller and me posing after selling his home today. My seller owned the home for last 27 years and got the home brand new in 1991. He lived there most of his life with his sweet wife and planned to move after his dearest wife passed away in the house. With so much mixed emotions he gave the keys and said to me “ you are the second women who is holding this key, sell it for me”.
