Property flyers are available at the open house for buyers to take home. They are also stored in the open house sign in a flyer box for people that drive by and cannot get into the property. Postcards are mailed to various neighborhoods twice a month .Intero advertises in many real estate magazine and publishes their own luxury real estate magazine.
Marketing on Social Networks
Your property will be promoted the entire time it is for sale. I also add extra promotion for upcoming open houses and special events concerning the listing. I consistently update the target audience and use the information provided from Facebook analytics to reach the most likely buyers.
